Side feeder
The function of the side feeder is to feed different mineral raw materials sideways to different sections of the main machine. The added materials are controlled by weighing, and the materials fed into the melting section are automatically coated to reduce wear on the main machine cylinder. The side feeder is usually added to the fifth section of the cylinder.

1) Advantages of the company’s side feeder:
1. Independent research and development and production of gearboxes
1) The gearbox is all processed by gear grinding, with an accuracy of level six, and the tooth surface is carburized and quenched to ensure extremely low noise of the gearbox;
2) All gear castings are resin sand-casting and processed by machining centers to ensure high precision;
3) The gearbox uses bearings imported from Germany; the oil seal is also imported from Germany.
4) The gearbox has a unique design, long life and low noise;
5) The gear box and the screw are connected by a spline sleeve, which is easy to disassemble and clean, and is extremely convenient.
2. The barrel is made of overall wear-resistant alloy steel and equipped with water channel cooling;
3. The screw adopts building block type, and the screw combination can be adjusted according to different feeding materials to meet different feeding materials; measures are taken to prevent the screw head from loosening.
